ISO 9001:2000 Quality in M.C.T. MCT has established and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) which demonstrates its ability to build shelving systems and mezzanine floors in accordance with customer specifications and other general standards. Established in compliance with standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, this Quality Management System is continually upgraded and improved. The company: • has identified the necessary QMS processes and their application throughout the organization, defining their sequence and interaction. • has defined the necessary criteria and methods to ensure that these processes run smoothly and are monitored effectively, using the necessary resources and information to ensure the process is monitored and effective. • monitors, measures and analyses these processes, taking all the necessary measures to ensure that the results are achieved as planned and improving all the processes that influence product quality. These processes are managed in accordance with the specifications of standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
